Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Haddington
An established Scottish legal practice is continuing to grow its residential property offering and is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Edinburgh team.
This opportunity would suit a Solicitor who enjoys building lasting client relationships and taking ownership of transactions from initial instruction through to settlement. The team acts for a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers and homeowners to investors and corporate clients, providing a varied and interesting caseload.
Alongside high-quality work, the successful candidate will benefit from a well-resourced environment, experienced colleagues and systems designed to allow fee earners to focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Advising clients throughout the buying and selling process
* Managing purchases, sales, remortgages and title transfers
* Working closely with lenders, estate agents and other third parties
* Delivering practical, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service
About You
* Scottish-qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
* Comfortable managing your own caseload
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment
* Committed to providing a high standard of client care
