Think you know DHL? Think again! We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to transport and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution at all times
* Provide administrative support across multiple functions through cross-training to ensure effective team cover and continuity
* Maintain accurate reporting standards and communicate key information clearly to relevant stakeholders
* Update and manage internal records using company systems and administrative tools
* Work closely with Operations and Transport Teams to support daily activities and ensure smooth coordination
* Monitor daily shift workloads and system reports, escalating issues appropriately when required
What this role would suit
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel as a minimum requirement
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently
* Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work
* Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management skills
* Previous experience working within a busy office environment
* Experience working within or alongside Logistics or Transport operations
