Overview
As Hotel Restaurant & Bar Supervisor you'll be responsible for delivering all things F&B, while supervising the hotel's food and beverage operations. This includes partnering with the Restaurant & Bar Manager in recruiting and managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, training, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. You'll also assist in monitoring industry trends, analysing sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
* Supervise hotel food and beverage operations and deliver high-quality F&B service.
* Partner with the Restaurant & Bar Manager in recruiting and managing staff.
* Ensure high levels of customer service, training, inventory management, and budget adherence.
* Enforce health and safety regulations across F&B operations.
* Monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel\'s F&B offerings.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills and apply knowledge of F&B standards and best practices.
Qualifications
* Prior experience delivering first-class service in a food and beverage environment in both Restaurant and Bar.
* Deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
* Inspirational, people-oriented with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience and alignment with brand standards.
