Your New RoleAs a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimising CNC programs forplexponents, ensuring precision and efficiency across 3 and 5 axis machines. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to meet project milestones and maintain high standards. Key responsibilities include create and amend CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. Prove first-off parts and maintain quality documentation. Collaborate with schedulers and operators to meet deadlines. Design jigs and tooling as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Need to SucceedIdeally you will have proven experience in CNC programming, ideally with 3 & 5 axis machines and a strong understanding of engineering drawings and CAD/CAM systems. Experience with Hypermill (training can be provided). Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges. Excellentmunication and organisational skills. Desirable experience with Haas machines and background in regulated industries.
1. Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
