You will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use portfolios. This position is key to ensuring project milestones are met on schedule and within budget, while maintaining strong communication among internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers in coordinating all phases of commercial real estate projects, from due diligence through design, permitting, construction, and closeoutPrepare, track, and update project schedules, budgets, and reporting documentationCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely submission and review of drawings, proposals, and change ordersMaintain organised project files and documentation, ensuring data integrity in project management systemsSupport the preparation of RFPs, contracts, and other procurement materialsAttend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on outstanding action itemsRaise Purchase Orders on SAP, manage invoice review, budget updates, and financial trackingFacilitate internal communication between leasing, design, operations, and accounting departmentsContribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards and project delivery best practices.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or commercial real estateStrong understanding of project management principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with budgeting, cost tracking, or financial reportingKnowledge in using SAPKnowledge of construction documentation, permitting, and zoning processesFamiliarity with lease language and tenant improvement coordinationExposure to sustainability or ESG practices in commercial development is a plusWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects with a collaborative, growth-oriented teamCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package and pension plansProfessional development and continuing education opportunities
