What the Job Involves This role requires you to work in partnership with children and families to address their social, emotional, and environmental needs. Your primary aim will be to safeguard and promote the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in Worcestershire. You will assess risks and needs, coordinate services for children and families, and ensure the appropriate use of resources. The job involves attending meetings, possibly representing the Authority in court, and managing day-to-day duties while maintaining accurate, confidential records.
