Role Description
This really is for the right candidate a once in a lifetime full-time, Safety Decking Operations and Development Manager located in Golborne who will share in the growing success of this family run business. The Operations Manager will develop new work streams and recruitment, oversee daily operations, including managing teams, ensuring efficient workflows, and optimizing operational processes. Key responsibilities include supervising staff performance, implementing organizational policies, managing budgets, and analysing financial data. The role requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure a productive, safe, and high-performing work environment.
Starting salary: £70,000.00 plus profit share and company vehicle.
Qualifications
* Experience in Large scale safety deckling and scaffold management.
* Ability to develop and maintain new business.
* Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate staff members
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
* Operational analysis and process improvement expertise
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members
