JMC Aviation are working with a Aviation Business based near Cardiff, looking to recruit a new Stores Person to join their team. This company are global leaders in Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Storage and Disassembly services. The role has arisen as the company is growing on the maintenance arm of their business, while welcoming the introduction of a new hangar. The team are dedicated to delivering exceptional maintenance services, ensuring value at every step for some of the world's leading lessors and airlines. In a varied and dynamic environment, the company work with a diverse range of aircraft types and requirements - from short-term storage, complex modification packages, interior reconfigurations, to end-of-lease maintenance activities. This is a Permanent Position based near Cardiff, the working hours are Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week. Other duties involve: Stock Management Management of all stores personnel Management of bonded, Goods in/out, bulk and tools stores Provide feedback on tooling, tools stores and tool control procedures Coordination with customers and management of customer stock In order to be successful in this role the Stores Person will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Previous aviation experience as Stores officer or similar role (logistics/procurement/warehouse) 3 rd party MRO experience advantageous Highly self-motivated Knowledge of EASA/CAA Part-145 legislation within materials scope highly advantageous Strong IT skills Fluent in English Valid UK/EU driving license If you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Aviation for more details.
