Social Media Manager – 3-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Day Rate: Up to £275 (Inside IR35)
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager for a 3-month contract to lead the organic social strategy and content across multiple lifestyle, hotels, and hospitality brands. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact on audience growth, engagement, and brand presence across key channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver organic social strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned to campaigns, openings, and cultural moments.
3. Create and edit content using UGC, influencers, and partners.
4. Post and schedule content, track performance, and optimise based on analytics.
5. Identify and engage relevant influencers and creators in target markets.
6. Manage influencer budgets and help establish ambassador-style relationships.
7. Support social activations around local events, partnerships, and openings.
8. Community management: respond to DMs and comments related to customer service, partnerships, and content opportunities.
9. Produce monthly reports outlining performance, learnings, and recommendations.
What You’ll Need:
10. Proven experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands.
11. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
12. Confidence using tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
13. Good understanding of platform trends and content best practices.
14. Experience with influencer campaigns and community engagement.
15. Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work quickly.
This role is inside IR35, London-based (hybrid working possible), and available for an immediate start. You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team with the opportunity to shape exciting, design-led brands. Must have experience working with hotels or hospitality brands.
