Field Sales Manager – South Yorkshire £45,000–£50,000 + £40k+ Realistic OTE Year 1

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving commercial growth across retail, e-commerce, and high-street sectors—partnering with organisations that ship parcels at scale. You’ll build strategic relationships, influence key decision-makers, and lead the full sales cycle while being supported by an experienced leadership team. Build, manage, and strategically develop your own prospect pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive new business acquisition across retail and e-commerce markets.
Maintain accurate forecasting and activity management within the CRM.
Equip customers with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to self-serve effectively.
Monitor ongoing client performance and proactively manage escalations.
Partner closely with local operations teams to deliver service excellence and uphold client satisfaction.
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
~ 1+ year of field sales experience.
~ Full UK driving license.
