As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of the Tesla brand, engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. You will work closely with the sales and delivery team, driving sales growth through effective lead generation strategies. You also help advance Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
* Proactively engage customers visiting the store or events to identify leads and create a pipeline of prospects.
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing objections, and selling the test drive experience.
* Execute lead capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversion.
* Efficiently manage captured lead data in CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Build value for customers by presenting vehicle options and communicating the value proposition.
* Collaborate with sales and other departments to align strategies and improve lead capture and sales processes.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, reflecting Tesla’s values.
