Supply Chain Programme Manager£80,000 - £90,000 & BenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Supply Chain OversightAct as the primary liaison for external partners involved in wafer fabrication, packaging, and assembly.Coordinate production schedules, logistics, and material movement to ensure timely delivery of prototype and volume devices.Identify potential supply-chain risks early, addressing issues swiftly to keep programmes on track.Post-Silicon ExecutionLead characterisation and qualification activities across multiple silicon lots.Shape and oversee functional, parametric, and reliability test plans to confirm device performance.Ensure all validation work aligns with industry standards and customer expectations.R&D CollaborationWork closely with Software, DFT, and Analogue Design teams to define test strategies and product ramp plans.Maintain consistency between design intent and downstream test execution.Enable strong feedback loops from silicon evaluation back to engineering teams to drive yield, robustness, and performance improvements.Programme Planning & ReportingUtilise project management platforms (e.g., Jira, MS Project) to track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Create and maintain clear reporting dashboards covering progress, risk areas, and key metrics.Support effective communication across internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Quality & ComplianceEnsure reliability and qualification activities (HTOL, ESD, latch-up, package stress, irradiation, etc.) are carried out to required standards.Provide regular updates on programme health, milestones achieved, and risk status.RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is advantageous.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IC manufacturing, supply chain operations, or post-silicon programme management.Solid understanding of mixed-signal IC development flows, including DFT, characterisation, and qualification practices.Demonstrated experience collaborating with foundries and subcontractors in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.Proficiency with programme management tools (Jira, MS Project, or similar).Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work confidently across technical and supplier interfaces.
