Your tasks Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the regional sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance settingreviews. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives. Own and drive the sales forecast, pipeline health, and revenue targets. Manage strategic accounts, including contract negotiations and long-term development plans. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches. Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial governance. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Authorization Limits Responsibility for regional sales budget Authority to approve pricing and discounts within defined thresholds. Signing authority for contracts and agreements with strategic customers, subject to internal approval processes. Deputy Functions Acts as deputy to the VP Sales Communication Segment in strategic meetings and decision-making forums. May delegate operational responsibilities to Regional Sales Managers or Team Leads. Supports succession planning and leadership development within the sales organization. Your profile Professional Expertise Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within the communication or technology sector. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong understanding of sales methodologies (BuyingCenter) & strategic long term Customer relationships Experience in the communication technology sector or related industries is highly desirable Core Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies Leadership & People Development: Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
