Key Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to local businesses, introducing our effective print and digital advertising solutions
* Building strong client relationships and understanding their needs
* Achieving sales targets and working to your set KPI's
* Handling objections with confidence and converting interest into sales
* Managing your sales pipeline with organisation and focus
* Working with our CRM system and other technology
* Adhering to company policies
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A confident communicator who is comfortable making phone calls
* A target-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed
* Someone with excellent relationship-building skills
* A resilient and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
* Previous sales experience is essential
* Ability to commute to our Swindon office daily
