Senior Buyer | £48,000 - £60,000 | Merseyside | Hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join a dynamic, creative, and high-performing team within one of the UK's longest standing fashion and lifestyle brands.

You'll bring strong product intuition, commercial acumen, and proven leadership, driving strategy, delivering results, and inspiring your team & those around you to achieve their best.

In this role, you'll play a key role in developing the department's vision each season, managing supplier relationships, and executing ambitious buying strategies that balance creativity, profitability, and innovation.

As the Experienced Buyer, You Will:

1. Lead, develop, and inspire your team

2. Review and improve ways of working, driving greater efficiency and clarity across the team.

3. Take ownership of strategic range building, ensuring well-balanced collections that reflect brand DNA, customer needs, and commercial targets.

4. Plan all buys in collaboration with your Merchandiser, aligning to budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.

5. Identify gaps and opportunities across ranges, capitalising on emerging trends and sales data.

6. Build and deliver "lessons learned" presentations for leadership - providing clear insights and forward strategies from trading performance.
