* Strong background in corporate governance, policy management, or risk analysis.
* Experience in legal, consulting, or program management roles is highly desirable.
* Excellent writing and documentation skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage complex document inventories and implement governance frameworks.
* Interest or experience in AI-driven process improvement is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Policy Simplification Review, revising market-owned documents and supporting document owners in streamlining processes.
* Manage non-hierarchical document oversight, including risk assessment and repository control.
* Identify potential risks and escalate them for further review.
* Maintain accurate reports for control, tracking, and analysis, ensuring secure retention of documents.
* Support centralized authoring for inventory documents and execute updates to the Markets Policy Playbook and Training Governance Playbook.
* Drive governance improvements around operating manuals, guidelines, and role definitions.
* Explore innovative solutions, including leveraging AI to simplify documentation and enhance efficiency.
