Lester Aldridge LLP is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making across the firm.
What youll do:
* Prepare and analyse fee earner performance reports, monthly management accounts, and overhead analysis.
* Maintain cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital, and assist with year-end audits.
* Support the Financial Controller with budgeting and provide ad hoc financial insights.
* Ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting while promoting our core values: Clients, People, Teamwork, and Progressiveness.
What were looking for:
* AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA.
* Strong accounting and analytical experience (professional services experience desirable).
* Excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive, flexible team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
