Bromley GP Alliance is the GP Federation in Bromley and we are looking for someone to join our friendly and supportive Primary Care Network (PCN) team. The vacancy is for 30 hours across 4 days.
Main duties of the job
Provision of administrative support to the (PCN) team and wider team to ensure smooth running of their services.

BGPA is a federation of all 43 Bromley practices working collaboratively to enhance the health and wellbeing of Bromley residents, covering over 350,000 patients, 100% of the Bromley population.
BGPAs goals are to work strategically with Bromley practices to help secure the best services for patients whilst working together to support member practices in the challenges of a changing NHS.
BGPA aims to improve the morale of general practice in Bromley by sharing expertise, services and supporting its workforce.
BGPA will make a positive impact on medical services in Bromley by working closely with One Bromley Partners including NHS SEL ICB, local NHS trusts, local providers and patient groups, to improve the delivery of healthcare to the local population.
Job responsibilities
* Collating PCN reporting and performance
* Deal with patient requests to book clinical appointments for services offered by Bromley GP Alliance
* Deal with patient enquiries, cancellation requests efficiently and swiftly ensuring patient satisfaction
* Maintaining and inputting sessions onto EMIS
* Supporting the management of the Alliance admin emails
* Liaising with GPs and host practices
* Providing admin and secretarial support to the services
* Participate in service audits as directed by the clinical lead
* Providing clerical assistance to the management team as required
* Have full understanding of EMIS, ERS and Rotamaster system
* Undertaking a wide range of administrative duties which include ensuring information is managed correctly, filed and followed up accordingly
* Have working knowledge of all software and hardware, i.e. photocopier, email, patient information system
* Support with newsletters and bulletins
* Ability to learn new systems training will be provided

Experience
* Experience of working with a framework of confidentiality

* Experience of working in an NHS environment

* Good knowledge and use of the English Language
* Excellent Grammar, Spelling and Punctuation
