An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused Property Inspection Manager to join a leading lettings agency based in Reading. You'll be fully responsible for managing and carrying out quarterly property inspections across a managed portfolio, ensuring high standards and smooth reporting.
A part-time option may be available for the right person, and two positions may be considered.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Planning and booking quarterly property inspections a month in advance
* Visiting properties and updating reports via inspection software
* Sending reports to landlords after visits
* Liaising with property managers regarding any issues spotted
* Organising property keys ahead of visits (from Reading-based office)
* Efficiently planning inspection routes across designated areas
* Using a company pool car when required
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using property software and reporting systems
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
* Familiarity with the Reading and surrounding areas is advantageous
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Driving licence required (pool car available)
