Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpentry Contracts Manager at various locations in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Wiltshire (M4/M3 corridors). The Carpentry Contracts Manager will oversee daily operations of carpentry projects, manage and supervise carpentry teams, ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards, coordinate with clients, and maintain project documentation. The role requires ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to, ordering materials, and managing budgets.
Qualifications
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Experience in construction management, knowledge of site carpentry requirements is a plus
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction environment
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in budgeting and ordering materials
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
* Previous experience with residential housing projects is a plus
