Main duties of the job Work as an expert practitioner, demonstrating evidence-based knowledge, analytical skills, and specialist assessment to triage, assess and manage a range of complex presentations. Work autonomously assessing and managing own clinical caseload supporting patients with a range of respiratory conditions in a community setting. This includes those requiring End of Life care and home oxygen assessment and therapy. You will be expected to fully integrate yourself within the aligned neighbourhood playing an integral role within the Respiratory pathway.
