Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic, high-impact role? We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our successful, fast-paced team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in accelerating the team’s impact on the business while developing your career within a world-class organisation.

Key Responsibilities for the Role

1. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute customer plans aligned with company objectives, providing market intelligence and accurate forecasts.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, product planning, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and execution of account plans.

3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations, acting as the primary contact for strategic discussions and negotiations.

4. Reporting & Insights: Analyse account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to internal and external partners.

5. Joint Business Planning: Lead the development and implementation of joint business plans, setting mutual targets and managing annual negotiations for terms and pricing.

6. Value Creation & Problem Solving: Identify customer-specific solutions, resolve operational and supply chain issues, and support innovation and product launches.

7. Distributor Management: Ensure product availability and compliance, collaborate with distributor account managers and field sales teams, and manage the flow of information and accountability across the value chain.

8. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing a cross functional team of senior external stakeholders in either a Key account function or equivalent.
