This role sits at the heart of the food and beverage operation, working closely with management, kitchen and front-of-house teams to help deliver refined but warm, personality-led service. The Role As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of service while helping lead and develop the front-of-house team. You will: Lead service across restaurant and bar operations Support pre-service briefings and ongoing staff training Deliver warm, knowledgeable and attentive guest service Assist with development of seasonal drinks and wine offerings Support ordering, stock control and service standards Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations Help maintain the high standards expected within a multi-award-winning environment This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, team development and creating memorable guest experiences.
