The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate Centre Director to join our team on a full-time basis. You will ensure the smooth running of our well-regarded Centre, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our children & their families.

This is a personally rewarding role where you can impact the lives of many. Feel valued for your ongoing efforts, commitment, leadership, and dedication to your role.

Qualifications

* Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
* Valid WWCC
* Current First Aid or CPR Certificate
* Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.
* Child Safe Standards Knowledge
* Red Nose, Food safety training & SunSmart training or willingness to obtain.

Our Successful Applicant

* Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
* Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability.
* Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.
* Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
* Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.
* Radiate brightness, friendliness, and energy.
* Be available to work 38 hours between Monday to Friday - 6.30 am - 6.30 pm.
