Role Overview
The Senior Vice President (SVP) Partners is responsible for leading and optimizing strategic partnership relationships with Rolls-Royce's largest suppliers and partner ecosystems. The role drives value creation, ensures long-term operational alignment, mitigates risks, and secures favorable commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing RRSP relationships and joint operations agreements.
* Drive financial optimisation, cost efficiency and revenue growth while ensuring strong contractual compliance.
* Identify, assess and mitigate risks in long-term partner agreements.
* Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms and risk-sharing agreements.
* Foster innovation and operational improvements within partner ecosystems.
* Implement lifecycle-cost optimisation initiatives to enhance ROI.
* Establish performance‑management frameworks to monitor partner compliance and continuous improvement.
* Align partner strategies with corporate goals and influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Enhance procurement, contracting and operational processes for agility, transparency and risk mitigation.
* Ensure partnerships adhere to sustainability, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams to align supplier strategies with business objectives.
* Extensive experience managing a portfolio of critical high‑value suppliers (Tier1 & Tier2 Aerospace).
* Strong track record in developing long‑term partnership strategies focused on mutual growth, innovation and resilience.
* Demonstrated measurable cost savings through ownership, optimisation and cost modelling.
* Excellent stakeholder‑management skills to drive alignment and value.
* Passion for driving innovation to support long‑term business strategy.
* High operational excellence in quality, compliance, regulatory and commercial domains.
