About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a large-scale warehouse racking installation project on a 12-month contract. You will take full responsibility for site operations, coordination of contractors, health & safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.

Full Time Site Manager - Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, industrial, or racking installation projects
Strong understanding of CDM regulations and safe working practices
SMSTS certification (Essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
CSCS card and First Aid certification preferred Site Manager - Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day site operations for the racking installation project
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager
Ensure quality control throughout the installation phases
