Job Description:
The role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, this varied role involves delivering products directly to customers, serving customers at the Trade counter, assisting with stock management, and cycle counting.
* Ensure customers, including trades, businesses, and homeowners, are greeted with excellent service.
* Organize products for delivery and secure them on the delivery truck.
* Stock shelves and perform cycle counts.
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm, with half a day on Saturday once every 5-6 weeks.
About you:
To succeed, you should be organized, reliable, customer-focused, outgoing, and a team player. You should have strong interpersonal skills, be proactive, confident with computers, physically fit, and have a good understanding of health and safety.
* Experience or knowledge in the Trade or plumbing industry is preferred.
* Full New Zealand Class 1 driver’s license is essential; forklift license is a plus but not required.
