🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week, 5 out of 7 days

🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
* Deliver high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation
* Assist in menu planning and stock control
* Lead kitchen shifts and supervise junior staff when required
* Participate in function catering (available as paid overtime)
🕓 Shift Pattern
* 5 out of 7 days, including 1 in 3 weekends (reducing to 1 in 5 when fully staffed)
* Early and late shifts on a rota basis: typically 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm
✅ Requirements
* Qualified chef with relevant culinary certifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in high-volume catering preferred
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for food
