Job overview
Following the current postholder being successfully promoted to a position in another Trust, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to join our team in this pivotal role.
As Care Group Director of Operations for Community and Rehabilitation you will be responsible to the Chief Operating Officer for the leadership and performance management of the Care Group ensuring that the clinical directorates support the delivery of the Trust’s key strategic and business objectives.

We are a valued system partner and an integral member of the Thames Valley Integrated Care System. The post holder will play a vital role in the Buckinghamshire Integrated Neighbourhood work and work closely with Dr Ana Phelps, Clinical Chair, and Ms Katriona Kennedy, Director of Nursing. They will share responsibility for the Care Group's performance and staff wellbeing, relying on each other's strengths to deliver the operational, financial and quality targets agreed with the Trust. A strong partnership between the Triumvirate members and their deputies is essential.
