Learning Mentor - EOTAS Support Location: Wokingham Start date: ASAP Hours: 2 x 3-hour sessions per week Days/times: Flexible Contract: Part-time, ongoing Quantum Scholars are looking for an experienced and supportive Learning Mentor to work with two separate young people who are currently educated other than at school (EOTAS). This is a flexible, part-time role providing individual support to help each young person develop confidence, independence, life skills and engagement with learning. The successful person will need to be patient, reliable and able to build positive relationships with young people who may require a more personalised and nurturing approach. One young person will require support focused mainly on life skills, confidence in the community, using public transport and developing independence. The other young person will need support with some academic work, alongside life skills and general mentoring support.
