You’ll lead the development of a clear product strategy, ensuring every decision supports our mission and meets the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the UKI product and proposition strategy, defining frameworks, lifecycles, and customer needs.
* Activate partnership product strategies and represent Bupa during partnership development and sales.
* Establish and maintain a governance framework for all product‑related activities, embedding risk controls and compliance.
* Oversee product development and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and profitability goals.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Finance – to integrate governance into product design and delivery.
* Monitor product performance, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
* Lead and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in product strategy and governance within a complex organisation.
* Strong understanding of healthcare or financial services markets.
* Ability to design and implement governance frameworks and risk management practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
