Salary: Grade 5 SCP 11-19 (£28,142- £32,061) Pro Rata
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time)

The Governing Body of Meadowbank Special School seeks to appoint a highly motivated and experienced senior administration assistant to work in a small, friendly school office. Duties and responsibilities include all aspects of front of house, including monitoring of attendance, communication with parents and multi-agency staff. An excellent knowledge of Arbour, Word and Excel are essential. The post requires a person of outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills to work alongside the current Office Manager. The successful applicant should be able to work as part of a team and also to act on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to respond appropriately to the confidential nature of the post.
The Office Manager must reflect this at the point of contact with the public and the rest of the school community.
