Your typical day in this role:
· Our People are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be welcomed into our People Team, supporting our ambitions in our 'Proud to Care' and 'We Deliver Excellence' company values. You'll play a key role as a trusted point in the People Team, bridging administrative excellence with advisory support, giving you exposure and scope far beyond a "standard admin" role.
· You will utilise your experience in administrative processes and procedures, you'll act as first point of contact for people-related queries, offering guidance and escalation on routine ER issues, and delivering administrative and advisory support to business operations and support functions across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.
· A range of varied duties will include absence and recruitment administration, preparation of correspondence and data for reporting, reward, recognition and benefit administration and accurate maintenance of confidential records. You'll ensure that actions happen within agreed timescales and manage a shared inbox, taking ownership of and resolving queries by collaborating with your team.
