Our Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is set to double again. You’ll help drive thousands of customer acquisitions, run hundreds of events, and play a key role in a company doubling revenue year after year.
⚡ Who We’re Looking For
We want ambitious, entrepreneurial people ready to stand out. You’ll thrive if you:
* Have led a project, team, or initiative with measurable results

* Can lead by example and motivate others in the field
* Use data and insights to drive results and hold yourself accountable
* Are London-based (or within 1 hour) and ready to be on the ground
* Hold a full, valid UK driving licence

* Proven ability to deliver under pressure

* Not London-based or unable to commute reliably
* Cannot work occasional weekends
* No history of delivering results or leadership

* Support recruiting, training, and coaching Brand Ambassadors
* Lead by example on field events and sales activities
* Track, analyse, and optimise team performance
* Motivate the team and maintain accountability
* Collaborate with leadership to grow the business
