Your Role Will Include: Supporting pupils across different subjects and year groups Leading small group learning and delivering planned lessons in the teacher’s absence Assisting with planning, assessment, and individual progress tracking Working closely with teachers, SEND staff, and senior leaders Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and inclusive participation What We’re Looking For: HLTA status or equivalent experience is essential Confidence in leading learning independently and following structured plans A calm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children A flexible and proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills Why Work with Castle Education?
