About the Role
As a Retail Manager you will manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries, develop the sales team, and ensure every customer has a clear understanding of their obligations with integrity and fair treatment. The role requires flexible working patterns, typically including weekends.
Qualifications
High‑achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding. Outstanding work ethic, leadership ability, and the capacity to inspire colleagues to raise the bar. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
