Overview
We are looking for a driven French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global marketplace company based remote in the UK.
Salary up to £60,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00 - aligned to French working hours. Temporary ongoing role. Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the French market, including attraction, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers across France to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and deliver a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and managers.
* Create candidate shortlists and manage feedback throughout the process.
* Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and candidates, ensuring clarity and consistency at each stage.
* Handle a live portfolio of around 20 requisitions in a fast-paced, remote-based global team.
Qualifications
* Fluent French speaker with experience recruiting across the French market.
* Ability to work remotely and collaborate with international stakeholders.
