Key Responsibilities
* Opening new files and managing instructions using the case management system.
* Drafting and issuing correspondence, contracts, and legal documents.
* Assisting with replies to enquiries and ordering property searches.
* Managing exchanges, preparing completion statements, and coordinating completions.
* Preparing mortgage reports and maintaining clear client communication.
* Providing administrative support including filing, billing, photocopying, and archiving.
About You
* Minimum 12 months experience in a conveyancing role (sales and purchases).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and client care abilities.
* Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
