Cluster Revenue Manager Remote / Flexible £50,000 + benefits
Were looking for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to own commercial strategy and performance across a portfolio of branded hotels. This remote-first role will see you leading pricing, forecasting and market share growth while partnering closely with GMs and the wider commercial team.
As our Cluster Revenue Manager, youll be the revenue lead for a portfolio of branded hotels, shaping strategy, driving market share and influencing senior stakeholders.
Working remotely with regular hotel and team engagement, including at least monthly visits to the hotels within your cluster, you will: - Own commercial and pricing strategy across your hotel portfolio - Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews - Identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risk across all streams - Provide market and competitor insight for pricing and contracts - Ensure accurate, competitive distribution across all channels - Produce clear performance reports and commentary for key stakeholders
To succeed as a Cluster Revenue Manager youll be: - Proven in a multi-site or cluster revenue management role - Strong on hotel distribution systems (PMS, CRS, channel manager, OTAs) - Highly analytical with advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills - A confident communicator able to influence at hotel and corporate level - Organised, proactive and comfortable working remotely across multiple sites
Experience with major hotel brands and their systems, and exposure to total revenue management (rooms, M&E, F&B etc.), would be an advantage.
What success looks like: - Delivery of total revenue and GOP against budget and forecast - Improved market share (e.g. RGI) across your hotels - Accurate, insightful forecasting and reporting
