We are looking for a reliable, hard:working, and punctual Site Labourer to join our team on a premium long:term residential construction project in Kidlington (OX5). Responsibilities
* Assisting skilled tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, and plasterers) on:site.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment by clearing debris and waste.
* Unloading, moving, and distributing heavy building materials across the site.
* Setting up and preparing work areas, including basic mixing of mortar or concrete when required.
* Following all health and safety guidelines strictly to ensure a safe site for everyone.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Valid Green Labourer card is essential.
* Must have your own standard Personal Protective Equipment (Steel toe:cap boots, hi:vis vest/jacket, and hard hat).
* Previous experience working on a residential construction site is highly desirable.
* Strong work ethic, physically fit for heavy lifting, and excellent reliability.
* Reliable transport to reach the site.
