We are looking for the next generation of exceptional people to become part of our team and help us to delight our customers. Service Advisors are vital to the success of our business. Our service advisors play a pivotal role in engagement with our technicians to assist in providing clear information, direct to our customers and encouraging their continued loyalty. This is a varied role where you will work with all departments bringing a friendly and energetic approach to your daily work.
Every day is different as a service advisor, so the role will vary.
Some duties on a day to day basis may include:
* Customer Service; Arranging bookings and appointments, talking to customers face to face, via email and on the phone. Communicating with the customer throughout the time that their vehicle is with us.
* Administration; Completion of relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records, preparation of invoices, processing of warranty claims
* Team work; Liaison with all the relevant departments including workshop and parts to ensure we deliver an amazing customer experience.
* Sales; Promoting the sales of our wide range of automotive services and service plans
Administration;
Completion of relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records, recording vehicle faults and using job sheets and digital methods to report issues on the internal team network.
Team work;
Liaison with all the relevant departments including workshop and parts to ensure we deliver an amazing customer experience.
Sales;
Promoting the sales of our wide range of automotive services and service plans
Training;
Training will be delivered using a combination of face-to-face, one-to-one in our conference room and with real-time processes. Our investment into automotive training provides the opportunity for release days at state-of-the-art training centres around the country and access to online e-learning training modules.
This is a fully rounded training experience where you will build life skills that last and gain both industry qualifications and brand certifications. On successful completion of your probation, you will receive access to the following:

Salary will range from £25,000 > £30,000pa (DOE)
Performance Bonus: Uncapped (Paid Monthly) Realistic £33k £35kpa
Holiday: 30 Days (Including Bank Holidays)
