We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing vital support to the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
* Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required
* Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office and deal with courier companies
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised for easy retrieval
* Assisting with maintenance of the Company's Quality Manual
* Support team members with clerical tasks and administrative projects as needed
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential for this role
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
* Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry tasks
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
