Were looking for a Site Manager with a strong track record in refurbishment and extra care / supported living schemes, to lead the delivery of a live project in the Sheffield area.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take charge of a complex, live-site refurbishment that will have a lasting impact on the local community.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be the driving force on site, responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of the project. You will:
* Take full ownership of the site and day-to-day operations
* Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractor teams, ensuring work is completed to programme, spec, and budget
* Lead on-site staff, fostering a positive, productive working culture
* Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders including the client, residents representatives, design teams, and local authorities
* Chair regular site meetings and progress reviews
* Oversee all health & safety, quality control, RAMS, inductions, and site paperwork
* Ensure minimal disruption to residents, with a focus on safeguarding and professionalism at all times
About You:
Youll be a confident, proactive Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality work and leading well-run sites.
Essential:
* Solid construction background, ideally with refurbishment and live-site experience
* Previous experience managing extra care / supported living / healthcare schemes
* Excellent coordination skills able to drive subcontractor performance and maintain high standards
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations effectively
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
