37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks working 42 weeks per year

At Bryn St Peter’s CE Primary School, we are proud of our friendly, dedicated team and our strong Christian values of Faith, Love, Hope, Compassion, and Respect. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic School Business Manager to join us and play a key role in the leadership of our school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and has a genuine desire to support our school community. You will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leadership team, and governors to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school’s business functions.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is friendly, approachable and a true team player
* Has the energy, enthusiasm and flexibility to thrive in a busy primary school
* Has strong financial, administrative and organisational skills
* Can manage school budgets, HR, premises, and health & safety effectively
* Is confident in working with a range of stakeholders, including staff, parents, governors and external providers
* Understands or is willing to develop knowledge of school systems and compliance
