In this active role you will: Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy across key pillars—Marketing Communications, Category Management, Customer Engagement, and Product Innovation Support our organic growth agenda through targeted Go-To-Market initiatives, focusing on priority segments like Drinks, Confectionery, Automotive, and leveraging global channel solutions such as eCommerce and Retail Marketing Drive the Annual Business Planning process alongside commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and craft compelling, differentiated offers for customers Manage a talented team of specialists across Customer Engagement, Marketing Communications, Category Management, and Product Innovation—empowering them to deliver excellence Execute marketing techniques that resonate with customers, align with divisional strategies, and achieve agreed KPIs to fuel our growth ambitions We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for innovation and growth. About you Demonstrated experience in marketing planning, customer insight and sales enablement skills from similar roles (ideally within FMCG) Degree or professional qualification in Product management, Business administration, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant field of study Proven ability to grasp, analyse and initiate actions based on strong financial insights and understanding Strong leadership and management skills Commercial acumen and demonstrated results from driving and managing growth Excellent communication and presenting skills and stakeholder management with ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners Drive, determination and resilience with energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude and behaviours Location: This is a home-based role with travel to sites in UK&I as required.
