Responsibilities
* Detail and draught 3D models for Light Steel Frame (LSF), light gauge steel and pre‑panelised steel structures, as well as Steel Framing Systems (SFS).
* Produce design drawings and documentation for projects up to £10M including student accommodation, hotels, medium‑rise apartments up to 10 storeys, healthcare centres, schools and colleges.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of industry experience beyond further education, or newly qualified confidence in Revit.
* Experience in Revit as a Technician, Detailer or Draughtsperson.
