About the Role
As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience across key areas of the business, with a strong focus on developing management and leadership skills.
This role combines campaign coordination, customer engagement, and operational learning, giving you insight into how teams are managed, performance is measured, and client objectives are delivered.
You will work closely with experienced managers and team members to build practical knowledge in team coordination, KPI tracking, account support, and day‑to‑day business operations, preparing you for progression into team leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and coordination of client campaigns
* Assist in monitoring performance metrics and team KPIs
* Learn how to manage customer accounts and maintain client relationships
* Support team coordination and contribute to daily operational activities
* Assist with customer enquiries and maintain accurate campaign records
* Represent client brands professionally during in‑person interactions
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and performance targets
* Participate in structured training focused on leadership, management, and business development
