Main Responsibilities:
As a Section Leader in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:
* Supervision of the people and processes within a section of the department to ensure health & safety, food safety and supply volumes are met at all times within the expected parameters.
* Planning of labour and production
* Ensuring adherence to strict health, safetyand hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
* Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required
Ideal Candidate:
As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:
* An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectivelyacross your team, between departments and at all levels of management
* The ability to motivate others
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* An adaptable approach
* Highly organised
Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
