Your new company \nHays are working with an established property management organisation in Milton Keynes who are looking for a dynamic Office Administrator / Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team where your organisational skills and proactive attitude will have a real impact. We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented individual to support our busy client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a professional team.\n\nYour new role \nOur client is a well-established property agency known for their commitment to client service and market expertise.

The team is passionate about delivering results and maintaining high standards across all aspects of property management and sales.\n\nMain Duties \nAs an office assistant, you'll be at the heart of the operation, supporting both administrative and client-facing tasks. \nResponsibilities will include:\n\nHandling day-to-day enquiries and answering phones\nTaking applicant details and matching them to property enquiries\nMaintaining and updating databases, availability schedules, and property listings\nPreparing property details and coordinating mailings\nLiaising with solicitors to track legal progress on instructions\nOrganising team meetings and managing calendars\nScheduling appointments and marketing events\nCoordinating signage and ensuring property boards are erectedWhat you'll need to succeed \nThe ideal candidate for the position will have the following attributes, preferably from a property management environment: \n\nComfortable and confident on the phone\nOrganised, proactive, and detail-oriented\nAble to work independently and as part of a team\nWilling to accompany agents on viewings or open days if needed\nIdeally interested in developing within the admin side of a property agency\nTraining and development opportunities will be provided, and we welcome candidates who are eager to grow in the role.What you'll get in return \nCompetitive salary and benefits package \nMonday to Friday - Office-Based \n9-5:30 Monday to Thursday 9-5pm Fridays \nParking on site \nExcellent facilities, including a coffee shop on site \nSupportive team environment\nOpportunities for training and development\n\nWhat you need to do now \nIf you're organised, personable, and ready to take on a varied and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
