Office Administrator - Ibstone CE Primary School

Location: High Wycombe

Term time only: Yes

Salary type: Bucks Pay

Salary Details: Range 2

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities

* Handling pupil records including attendance
* Supporting staff, parents and pupils
* Maintaining accurate data using the MIS system (SIMS)
* Managing iPal booking system
* Authorising invoices
* Being a designated safeguarding officer
* Managing medicines

About you

* Approachable and calm under pressure
* Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
* Good IT skills and data entry experience
* An ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
